I have a beautiful Carolina jessamine - except the thing will not bloom! The vine is growing and has weathered the latest two ice storms without losing a single leaf! How can I get this thing to bloom?

You have to sprinkle blood on its roots under a harvest moon. That or check with a gardening forum.

What zone are you, and is it in the sun? I have one that blooms all winter in zone 8. All I do is throw some Osmocoat on it a few times a year. When it stops blooming in the summer, I cut it way back. Its growing at the base of my mailbox, in poor soil, and gets too overgrown if left untrimmed.
