My wife started container gardening this year on our deck and has been watering by hand every morning. However, we're going out of town soon and I need to find a drip irrigation kit. Has anyone used this:
Shop Raindrip Drip Irrigation Patio Kit at Lowes.com

There's only 1 review, so I'm not sure if it's good or not.

I also found this one:
Shop Mister Landscaper Drip Irrigation Patio Kit at Lowes.com
It has a lot of good reviews, but it doesn't come with a timer. Will I be able to hook it up to my existing Orbit timer that attaches to a standard garden hose which I currently use for lawn irrigation?

Any other suggestions?

Looks like a good start for the beginner with no irrigation experience. I wouldn't count on the emitters lasting too long though.

You could put something together yourself with just a little time spent on Rainbird's xeriscape internet site.

But it seems like you just want something last minute to fill the gap. What you linked to should do the job for awhile.

Quick tip for the OP if this project is resumed next summer:

Cut the drip lines to equal length in order to deliver the same amount to every plant site, if so desired.
