Do they have good air flow, ventilation. I see you are in CA so maybe you have your windows open quite a bit. You are doing something right. The northeast winters always set mine back. While some of my orchids came from Home Depot others came from top growers.
The windows are opened every day if it is warm and this winter has been very warm. I get mine from my clients that almost kill them, so I get them, rehabilitate them and they bloom.

2 of my 5 orchids are in bloom again. As others here have said, overwatering is a quick way to kill them. I water deeply once a week. Every 2 weeks I use a special orchid food that promotes blossoms. It works like a charm. Mine like bright but not direct sunlight, bark and moss instead of soil, and careful monitoring of moisture levels.
I love growing orchids and I feel so rewarded when they put out flower stalks. Good luck on reviving your ailing plant. Do try to repot it a soil-less mix, dont over water and give it some good strong light. With luck, you will enjoy re-blooms in a year.
