Those long, spear-like leaves look like an amaryllis after it has bloomed. Did you see the top of a bulb in the soil?

Could be a Clivia. They are a pretty indoor plant in the north.

Looks like spider or airplane plant to me too. Does it have a (bunch of banana) looking roots or a bloom stalk with babies. There are other similar looking plants...

Nearly impossible to tell w/out a flower - lots of plants have this growth habit. Do you have more photos, especially of the center of the plant, where it meets the soil? Is it growing from a bulb? (Looks to me like it is, but I can't see it clearly.)

I will say that I am now growing a clivia, a spider plant and a couple of amaryllises, and to me the plant in your photo looks most like an amaryllis. But I would *not* take that to the bank!
