I bought these "double chrysanthemums" from the local grocery store on March 12 (right after daylight saving). They were already in full bloom when I bought them, but they are lasting longer than even the unopened cut lilies. I haven't used mums as cut flowers before but I love how long they last. Do most mums last this long or just the special "double mums"? This is what it looks like today...almost 3 weeks!

Thanks Reneeh63. I went back to the grocery store but they don't have the double mums this week but they have regular mums. I'm going to look for double mums again when these wilt.

I have mum's (not doubles) in a vase going on 3 weeks+, close to 4. I suspect it had more to do with how long they've been for sale and how they are prepared once home. I recently had mini Iris with some kind of Laurel or rhodi last a very long time in a vase.
