hopefully all will go well. right now it looks rather similar to my tree in the sense that it's bare of leaves and you can see some flower buds. looks like the top of the tree has suffered some die-back which normally will be replaced from buds lower down the main stem. you might want to remove the actual dead part

I had cut the tree back after the hurricane. It just went up and not out. Hope to see it spread out some instead of going up to the moon. I will update some pics in a month.
