My first crocus started poking up today, a light purple one. The flower part, that is. A few days ago I first noticed the leaves coming out of the ground for several of them. I just planted these crocus bulbs in the fall so it was nice seeing them come up for the very first time!

I've grown to hate late winters so I'm hoping for Spring soon but we got snow coming Friday after the rains and possibly cool pattern. What else is new. Seems like we only have 1-2 months of spring in recent years.

Thanks! I'm no good with flowers. I'll try to remember to post an update when they bloom.

Not my picture, but taken in London on 28 Feb. Daffodils struggling with the record breaking cold and snow.
