I have two rubber plants, and I’ve had them both for about two years with little to no problems, recently one has had a leaf starting to open and now the leaf has stopped without any change for about a month and the leaves have started to droop and go weirdly bumpy none have fallen off though. When I noticed it was a bit dry so I watered it hoping it would perk up but it hasn’t. Could it be root bound? It’s in houseplant soil I believe as I’ve never repotted it and was last fed about may June ish And it’s in a west-facing window. I’ve tried to attach a photo - but can’t it’s a Tineke.

More likely root bound.
