These are the average temperatures for Heathrow Airport on the edge of London. The centre with the UHI is about 1-2c (2-4f) warmer on average. Grapefruit/pomelo can grow and indeed fruit yearly in the centre of London with the extra warmth. It's a pretty good climate for growing a wide variety of non-native species.

Do you mean that the first picture and the last one for the same tree?
The first picture, from its fruit, without any searching seems avocados.

The first one is an avocado, was wondering if the street view was also an avocado.

The 2nd one is a grapefruit or pomelo.
