In terms of taste and easiness to grow, probably Celebrity.
They come out about the size of baseballs, and have sweet/tart, firm, meaty flesh inside.

But I love those cute little cherries, too, both Sungold (little orange cherry tomatoes) as well as Matt's Wild Cherry (red, and even smaller than the Sungolds).

Matt's Wild Cherry is tiny, but packed with tomato flavor.
Sungold is almost like eating candy.
Romas are good for roasting, too. I've been roasting and then freezing them.

Jetstar, Heavy production and top quality in taste and usually smooth shoulders. They process well too for the chilli and other dishes using canned tomatoes. This is for the mid west and I don't know how they do elsewhere. My only experience with them was in N MO.

Love the flavour of the cherry tomatoes. One that is so sweet and tasty is the champagne and nectar berry tomatoes.

I LOVE Sweet 100 (better than cherry IMO), bonus is you get 100's of tomatoes from one plant - I like the meatier large tomatoes. I have yet to try any of those black/marbled, etc. heirloom tomatoes.

I tried a bright yellow tomato at the local organic farm. Not the small yellow pear, this was a large round tomato--but bright yellow. It was sweet and juicy.
I thought the name of it was Brandywine Yellow.

Matt's Wild Cherry, that I mentioned before, is the first heirloom tomato I've tasted that really wowed me. Flamingo, if you like Sweet 100's, I bet you'd love Matt's Wild Cherry.
Aren't Early Girls heirloom too? They just never really fell out of favor, probably because they are meaty, though small--and they're early.

We've gotten a lot of tomatoes, but I have had a tough time fighting garden pests here in north Florida this year.

I believe that early girls are a Burpee Hybrid. If I find otherwise I post it.
Here's an early girl link with description.
