Here is the Harbor Freight clone. It gets good feedback, some HF stuff doesnt. If money were big concern, I would try them. Reviews say these arent equivalent to genuine Felco, but for the money are pretty darn good and come relatively sharp. This is clone of Felco #2.

Slightly off topic of the bypass shears, but that Long Reach Ratcheting Bypass Lopper that they show there looks like it could be a handy tool for seniors. At that low price I'd scoop up loppers like that if I saw them here. https://www.harborfreight.com/long-r...per-62681.html

Hello all. You can't use scissors as a lever, but you can use pruning shears. I've always had regular scissors, but just recently, I bought the best pruning shears. They are convenient, good in the hand and very sharp. I am thrilled with my purchase. Because now I am very comfortable using them. I realized that pruning shears are much more comfortable than any scissors. You can use them almost everywhere, and they can easily replace scissors. In general, I am thrilled with them. I wish that I had bought them earlier. Now I'm going to buy one for my grandmother, and she will be delighted with it. I hope that my information was helpful to you.

The best bypass pruner for lawn and garden work to be the gonicc 8” (GPPS-1007). I use my right handed ones in both hands. You can get long handlegonicc 8” (GPPS-1007 for bigger cuts.
Thanks
