Best Catalog for Bulbs and Seeds? (leaf, plant, Texas, spruce)

Hi, I have a family member who does not use the Internet. Who can I get a paper catalog from for her so she can order bulbs and seeds? She orders most of her stuff like clothing and linens from catalogs. I only want to request from 1 or 2 companies and am looking for recommendations.

Showing her the bulb catalogs online doesn't work because she lives some distance away from me and she likes to take her time looking through the catalog and reading them.

Is it the right time to plant bulbs and seeds in Texas? I'm in zone 6 and have almost all of my seeds started.

She wants to look for fall. She just moved and loves flowers. I hate getting paper catalogs, I always shop online so I don't know who has the best/nicest catalogs she can look at.
