Never seen soil temperatures at this level in December.

Global warming has never been so apparent with temperatures and all the extreme storms this year.

Unheard of warmth on Christmas Day…Happy Holidays to everyone.

Top growth on the lawn has slowed, but with soil temps like this, roots are still growing.

You must be less than 60 y/o...There's a ~60 yr cycle in weather. For instance, in Chicago, average hi temp for Christmas is ~32*F...This year it was 45...But then, in 1962 it was 70*F....

...and if you care to look it up, you'll see that hurricanes and tornado data over the last century show a trend of fewer storms over the years.

One should not rely on CNN or the NYT for their science.
