It appears that it's mainly used in the United Kingdom and is nearly non-existent in the United States. I've looked everywhere online and no one seems to have it. Does anyone know of a company that sells this type of lattice style?

In the past, when I have a yard/garden project in mind, I have found it helpful to attend one of the local Home & Garden shows and talk with the exhibitors. Even if they don't offer exactly what you want, they have all kinds of contacts and will usually pass you some good leads to talk to. Whether you find the products you want or not, there are interesting exhibits and demos.

A guy a couple streets over has a very similar style if fence. I wouldn't say non-existent but uncommon. Like many architectural type features the design would work with some houses but not with others.
