If you over fertilized and burnt the above ground grass, you may still have active roots. You'll need to water for about 4-6 weeks for new growth to come back. If there is no improvement by then, then you need to start over.
BTW grass grows it's best when nightime temps are a steady 65 degrees or higher. Water should reach a depth of about 6 inches.
