Default how to keep animals out of garden

how can you protect vegetables from Deers, Rabbits and Groundhogs.
at first i though they can have some and leave some for me, but it did work out that way at all.
i am looking for the cost effective and the least labor for 4-5 years of protection.

I wonder if those ultrasonic devices work....

Heartland America: Sonic Yard Protector JB5028

Then again you can catch the pest and give it to the humane society:

Heartland America: 3 Pack Live Trap - Small/Medium/Large TC-SML

Then, there are those darn 'skeeters'.

Heartland America: Viatek Mosquito Fast Trap MK01G

A tall strong fence. Electric fencing works best. Also, if legal, a gun is handy...

You wouldn't want to eat wild rabbits during the summer anyways, higher chance of getting you sick.

I used a 3 strand electric fence with 115 volts. I read something somewhere about using 2 fences at different heights to keep the deer out. If I find it I'll post it. Dogs running loose were my problem. Dogs were bad news especially at planting time when putting out started plants. Next time I'm putting up a combination of hog wire and electric. I need to deer proof too.

A man I know had problems with Rabbits, Deer, etc and could not find a solution.

He ended up peeing in a spray bottle and putting it around whatever he wanted to protect.

Worked.
