Default Anyone grow tomatilloes?

So does anyone grow 'em?

If so, what do you normally do with 'em besides making some kind of salsa? (i need some ideas, please!)

Just wondering.

BTW - This year, along with my "verde" tomatilloes, i've grown some purple tomatilloes as well which i've never had before. The question is, any noticable difference in taste between the two?

(my tomatilloes have yet to fully mature...)
