I can share plenty of Korean and purple shiso which I grow for foilage, late blooms for bees and it is relatively dorought resistant. The flavor does nothing for me. Just let me know what to do.

I would take any and all samples of seeds if anyone wants to drop some in an envelope and mail them to me. Maybe a note as to what they are or any special needs. And I'll trade for some chocolate covered moose nuggets or something from Alaska. I'm serious! (choco covered moose nuggets are not dung)

Would you settle for reindeer **** (pecans covered with meringue)?

Send me an address via pm or email. It will be interesting to see how my Japanese immigrants from Alabama do in Alaska.

It's up to you Karla. It's hitting 45 to 50 above very day now. Putting coffee grounds on the garden all winter really helped with melting off the snow, and I had bare dirt showing earlier this week. I'm hoping when I get home on the 24th it will be dry enough to rototill. But anything in the mail should be fine. Wait until after the 24th and I'll be home to check the mail! Do you guys (gals) like gift baskets? It would be like wild berry products and smoked salmon or something. T-shirt? Eskimo yo-yo? Animal skins?

What is hibiscus? Inside or outside or does it matter? Seems like I've heard of hibiscus flowers or something. Tea?

I don't think that the tropical hibiscus like Karla has are the ones you ordinarily make tea from. I'll see if I can figure out which one that is.

And yes outside in the sun, no freezing weather. Later we can tell you how to get it through the winter.

This is why I enjoy this site, I look something up for someone and learn something new. Now I have a new plant on my wish list.
