Two weeks ago I spread weed-n-feed on my yard to help combat large patches of clover. How often can I safely re-apply weed-n-feed? When is the best time of the year and day to apply weed-n-feed?

The label on the weed n feed should have all the information you need. It may vary from product to product because the active ingredient or the formulation may be different. In general, I would say that reapplication after 2 weeks is too soon.
The best time to apply is when you first see weeds actively growing. Granular products should be applied after a rain when the grass is still wet. If no rain, water the lawn first then apply. Never apply weed n feed to your lawn when the temperture is excessive - again the label should have this information.

I made a mistake. The bag had said to water after spreading. The rain beat me to the watering. And then more rain, and more rain. Our land use to be a farm and was not properly leveled and graded. I now have even rows of dying weeds and grass where the farming rows use to be. I'll wait another month or two and get Scotts this time and apply only when there's no chance of rain for several days.
