Ug...the first 3 weeks of June on Long Island have been horrendous. 17 of the first 20 days had rain...and the daytime temps are running 4-5 deg below normal. There has been only days where we have had more than a few hours of sunshine.
I have about 25 tomato plants that are only about a foot tall...completely under-nourished from lack of sunlight and cool soil!

Now you have a good picture of what it's like to grow tomatoes outside in Sweden.
The biggest crop here is mold, moss, lichens, fungus and Fermented Herring.

My tomatoes aren't growing. My broccoli isn't growing very much. Nothing seems to be happening. The sun can't come soon enough.
Please send some of that rain to Texas! We haven't seen a drop here in the Houston area in over 6 weeks now. This week, they are forecasting temps over 100 and......still no rain

We have been having a lot of cool damp days here as well. Still are not getting enough moisture as the rains have only been slight drizzles instead of good down pours. We maybe see 10 mins. of a decent rain and then it's back to just a light drizzle for most of the day. We've seen a few days of sunshine, but not enough to do a whole lot of good for the gardens. All of my flowers are/were delayed and the vegis. are looking puny. Our tomato plants are turning purple for lack of sunshine and warmer weather.
I just keep hoping though that all of this cool damp weather is not a pelude to scorching hot next month. Nothing like going from 50 -100 degrees overnight and then holding at a 100 degrees for a couple of months with no moisture at all.
We are in DE. Same weather as OP. Our tomatoes are growing nicely but surely could use some nice sunshine.
Our roses, however look absolutely horrible. Something got to the leaves a few weeks ago and now without the sun and too much rain well let's put it this way I just wonder if I should just cut them to the ground and start over.
