That would be a Rudbeckia, also known as a Black-Eyed Susan, MD's state flower. Looks to be the perennial variety with the broad leaves, I have bunches. That's picture 1. The other pictures look like you may have some daisies mixed in.
I agree with North Beach...two different plants. Black eyed susan is the first one and it does appear to be a daisy with the more slender leaves...but it also reminds me of a plant I have in my back yard that gets a beautiful little cluster of purple bell shapped flowers on it, cant think of the name of it...it will come to me...Keep us posted if the other plant get a bloom on it. The slender leaved plant is quite invasive if it is was I have, if you dont mind, pull up one near the base of the root and see what you get---if it looks like a spreader, I would pull up what you can now...it will smother all your other plants and take over....

One thing about those Susans, they will spread. I dig and give away a whole bunch of plants every Spring just to stay status quo, there's not a bed in my yard that doesn't have them. All from a $2 half dead plant twenty years ago. Yellow finches like the seeds in the Fall/Winter.
Shannonbanano--the ones with the yellow flowers are definately black eyed susans and yes, they will come back every year.
The other plant, with the thin narrow leaves is the one I was saying I have in my yard...cant remember the name for the life of me but it gets about 24 inches tall, spreads like nothing I have ever had before (self seeds and also has spreading roots). It gets about a 4 inch string of blooms on it with tiny little pale purple bell shaped flowers...by tiny I mean each flower is about the size of a pencil eraser... Here is a picture of mine (what I have left, I have been ripping it out of my garden since last fall). It is definately not a daisy or a cone flower....but it is a pretty flower if you have room in your garden for it! Hope that helps! I will keep searching for its name..
