Default What's the difference between MoonGlow Junipers and Wichita Blue Junipers?

I am in Raleigh, NC. My wife wants me to plant a couple of wichita junipers in our back yard but I can only find them at an idependent nursery for about $65. I also found Moonglow Junipers at Home Depot that are about the same size for $25. They seem like the same color to me and when I looke them up online I can't seem to tell them apart by the pictures or size/spread.
Can anybody tell what the difference is between these two junipers? Does one grow better in zone 7B than the other? Is their any difference besides a slight color variation?

Thank you so much for the help!

Default Junipers

NRG - I checked Dirr's Manual of Woody Landscape Plants and it seems their might be a slight difference in color and the 'Wichita Blue" might be wider. You might need fewer plants. $65 seems a lot for a Juniper. How big are these plants?

Juniperus scopulorum 'Moonglow" is dense, pyramidal, conical, intense bluish grey green foliage, 20' x 5'

Juniperus scopulorum 'Wichita Blue' - Brilliant bright blue foliage, pyramidal form, 18' or greater, 5 to 8' wide
