Hello . I am getting excited about the possibilities for my front yard. I need help though. I have seen these two things out and about. Would like to add them to my yard. Went to Lowe's yesterday looking for them, but don't know what they are called, and did not see anything remotely resembling them. The reddish tree/bush, and the reddish plantings. Thank You

Your pictures are tough since they are too far away to get a good look really.
They are pretty, and rather than send you on a wild goose chase, you should skip Lowe's and HD since they both only sell really basic stuff that is not necessarily so great for your region.
Go to a local small nursery for plant identification and go from there.

Well, the tree looks like a flowering crabapple that has been pruned to look like that and I'm not sure but the bush looks like it might be some sort of an azalea, both would be beautiful additions to a front yard, however the flowering crabapple will take some time to reach that size and it will require quite a bit of attention to get it to look the way that one does, I know I planted seven of them last year and plan on planting four more this month...

The shrubs might be a variety of spirea, they look a little too weeping to be azalea. The tree might also be cherry, they normally blossom before leaves get very big, while apples flower after the leaves are almost fully developed. But as mentioned before, a closer picture of each would be helpful.

The tree looks most like a very sculpted crabapple or possible an ornamental type peach tree (my neighbor has one).... but the picture is too fuzzy to really know.

On the bushes, they didn't look like azaleas to me either... but was thinking a Loropetalum

rather than a spirea because usually the Spirea I have appear to have more leaves when blooming: http://www.panacheexteriordesign.com/plants/spirea.jpg

It might help to have a close up of the flowers and a leaf or two and maybe know the location? It's hard to be really sure with pictures of plants and trees.
