Grub Control in Lawns (lawn, year, organic)

Can you please suggest a Grub Control / Killer for Lawn use. I have read about Bayer and Scotts having effective ones.

Any Ideas or Success Stories?

I just put down milky spore. It is organic and very effective. It takes about 2 years to fully work but lasts for up to 10 years.

I second the milky spore suggestion. It works, although the second year after application is when you'll really know they're gone.
