I don't think you have to worry about that. In my case it's my paternal great grandparents. I know my grandmother, and she was raised by her grandmother who I know, so I went on a Last Name Mason message board on Genealogy.com or rootsweb.com and asked if anyone had information on Grandmother and great great grandmother and the people that knew anything let me know what very little they knew and then told me that this isn't verified. I had to verify it myself.
