I look less Asian than most of them but still I have been asked by different Asians What kind of Asian blood Do you have in you"? We all have those Asiatic eyes without the double fold in the lid. I'm thinking that maybe it's Pictish blood, They really don't know what the Picts looked like so Maybe that's it.
Well, aren't the Welsh also olive complected- like Catherine Zeta Jones? I would love to be able to trace ancestory back more like 2000 years rather than 200. I think we would all be very surprised to see what kind of "blood" we have!

I know of the so-called "Black Irish". Could there have also been the "Black Scots"? Both were heavily influenced by, er, ah, Pictish factors, ya know...
And, let's not forget the Black Dutch- which have been suggested to actually be Cherokees or Melungeon in cognito.

I gotta admit, this whole thread is one of the most cohesively civil threads that I have been to all day.
The harmony here could rival the sweet humming of a sewing machine and the peace-love vibrations bespeak
my faith in the fact that intrinsically, mankind is inclined toward good. Well done fellow posters, carry on, with
your long knives sheathed...

It IS highly unusual that there hasn't been any catty-ness or snark in here. Don't jinx it!

Ain't it grand? Besides, long knives belong to the White-Eyes. (Just in case it isn't immediately obvious, I'm joking! )
