I am looking for names of parents or relatives from Philippine's of Perfecto Belmonte. Any lead would be great. I'm his daughter_in_law.

Mildred was born Sammie Woods in Oklahoma on 1/30/1911. She married Clarence Monroe Compton and had three children. She divorced him and married later to James Mullins in Sacramento, Ca. She died 5/12/1980.
Perfecto Belmonte was born on 27 Apr 1909 in the Philippine's and died 28 Oct 1993 in San Francisco. He immigrated on 26 Oct 1929 to Seattle. Perfecto married Bernadette.

Perfecto Belmonte is listed in the California Death Index.

The death certificate may list his parents names.

California Dep't. of Public Health
Authorized Copy vs. Informational Copy

His marriage cert should also list his parents names, same is true for his SS5 (original Social Security Application.)

A family tree on Ancestry.com gives his birth place as Ste. Clemente, Tarlac, P.I.

Unfortunately, there was loss of some civil records during WWII.

If his death certificate gives his parents' names, you might see if there are church records available for the town.

There may be an obituary.

The SFPL has a Filipino Center:

Wow, you were all so fast. thank you all. I don't believe it was on the death cert. I do know he was an alter boy in the Philippine's. I'm not sure what church. But let me WOW!. One more time. I will start checking the above links.
