I don't know which hospital I was born in and the code on my birth certificate says 23-327. I think 23 means Dade County, but I can't figure out what the 327 means. I think each facility has its own code. Does anyone know?

You might try e-mailing the Florida Office of Vital Statistics, and ask them.
