I know. We don't get that channel. I used to love that program when it was on (whatever channel it was on--PBS?)

I thought it was on NBC.

Anyway TLC does allow some onsite episode videos, after they've been broadcast, of course.

Most of the British episodes are available on You Tube, but I don't know if anyone has uploaded the American version of the show.

The one on pbs was different. I liked the nbc one better as it didn't have an agenda.

I don't get tlc, but would gladly watch it online.

Is it available on Amazon?

I'm SO GLAD this show is coming back on. It was on one of the big-three networks and sadly got canceled, but it had a dedicated following. Glad to see TLC picked it up!

Wait, wow, something actually educational and informative on The Learning Channel? Where on earth will they fit it in with all the Honey Boo Boos, b*tchy brides, trashy Amish drama, and mothers and daughters being pregnant by the same dude?

I thought I didn't get the learning channel but right now--on tv--is the learning channel. I hope it's not some kind of trick by the cable co. (hate them) and that we just get it once in a while. Most of their shows are pure junk--for a LEARNING channel you'd think it would be better.

PBS had a show called Finding Your Roots. Different show. They used DNA. Who Do You Think You Are uses traditional genealogy research.

Thank GOD!! What great news! I have missed this show SO MUCH!! The research they do for people on this show is so detailed, deep, and informative, that it's the only reason I'd ever want to be famous!

Now I have to figure out how to watch it, because I don't have a TV, but if I have to order the whole box set, I will --

Thanks again for the good news, bjh!
