Military service records on not on-line.

This National Archives (NARA) site explains how to request military (including Navy) records:
About Military Service Records and Official Military Personnel Files (OMPFs, DD Form 214

The things that are on-line are such items as WW1 & WWII draft cards (including the "old man's" WWII cards) & Civil War Pension indices, & other things.

PS - Although the records you seek are not on Ancestry, be aware that Ancestry is available for free on many public library computers.

I seriously doubt whether any military records you might obtain would contain leave information.

Service records. I doubt that the records have notations on any leave the person took, but I'm not sure.

Also, be aware a lot of WW2 records were destroyed in a fire.

The navy's records were not impacted by the fire.

The fire affected Army and Air Force records. Navy, Marine, and Coast Guard were not affected.

Do not expect to find any leave information. What are you trying to determine?
