I have an error report in. Maybe they can troubleshoot the problem for me.

I suggest deleting your browser history and then rebooting your computer.

Sometimes you have to use a different browser for a few weeks. I switch back and forth between Firefox and Safari when Ancestry starts acting up.

But first I clear the history and restart the computer. If that doesn't fix it (usually does), then I switch browsers.

I recall reading somewhere on the Ancestry web site that Ancestry does not recommend using Safari. Many folks have posted complaints on the Ancestry message boards about problems with Safari.

It's rarely a problem nowadays. Clearing the history almost always fixes the issue.

I finally cleared the history and it worked. It was very frustrating for me. Thanks for the help!
