Some people don't check back on the dna sites after looking things over when their dna results come in and don't have it set up to be notified on their phones when someone leaves them a message on the dna site. Search for them on social media and send them a message that way. That's how I was able to find some of my matches and to put together most of my family tree when looking for my bio dad. I couldn't have found him without searching for my matches on social media sites.
