My mother did the arranging. Actually she sent my brother into the town to meet with a priest who called her and advised her to have him buried in England. Sorry its so long and drawn out.

My mother will only say that he was 100% responsible for everything and that he was buried in England. i am going on memory with the name of the hospital etc. I did contact the City of London and paid to have them research it and maybe get a death certificate.

Thanks for all your suggestions. They and more are very welcome. This is jsut the beginning of my search. My dh searched for his bio mum and it took 7 years so I understand it wont happen tomorrow.
