After moving my friend and two other people a couple of weeks ago from a house to an apartment, I realized I help my friends and extended family (your immediate family goes without saying ) move quite a bit. Just out of curiosity, do any of you go that extra mile for your friends?

We've never helped friends move. Mostly because noone's ever asked - they all involved in cooporate relocations or hire movers. We've moved 4 times in 8 years but they've been relos.

However, with three small kids, I doubt anyone would want our help - we would just complicate things with our brood.

Yes, I help my friends move all the time! Usually cuz I'm the only one with the pickup truck to carry their stuff in! It's alright though as long as I get beer and food!
