I love the idea of Cali.. I've never been but it seems great. I don't want to live in a crowded city like London, but I want the economic/ employment opportunities and entertainment of a city, so maybe live about 20 mins outside of a downtown area?

I'm kinda used to living in an expensive place, London can be very expensive.

I want heat (reasonably, not scorching) and love beaches..

Nope, no kids no wife, just me.
