Just try to resolve yourself to grab a box and start packing. It really is easier than it looks. Before you know it, you'll be packing away and not even thinking about it, or maybe I just say that because I've done it so many times. Don't worry about how you're packing, that used to stop me up, but there are a lot of things that can be used for cushion and that sort of thing. Do label your boxes so that you have an idea of what's in them.
Going through the process rigt now. Today, emotionally is not a good day for me. I have my ups and downs and today is a tearful day. Going through 21 years of stuff is emotional.
Anyway, we are packing up 10 full rooms of stuff, very big move. The only advice I would offer is number each box with name of room those boxes are going to. Don't label exact content of box. To me that is an invitation for moving company to somehow "Lose" a box.
I have too many expensive electronics, sewing machines, etc......
trying to figure out if i should take expensive items with us but we have two crated dogs coming in the car. not much room left.
