Truck loaded, picked up and headed that way. Took every bit of a 28' trailer. Dang, thought we had paired it down, looks like a garage sale after we get down there. Headed out probably tomorrow.
Ohky, we hired some day laborers to pull stuff out so it could get sorted, etc. well worth it.
Well, didn't make it on the road today. Auto transit called, truck is picking up the Merc sometime this afternoon, so leaving about 6 am tomorrow. Trailer is loaded, everything secured. Just got to get us and dogs in the car.
I have done absolutely nothing in days except mail off ebay packages. This was a super busy week at work though. So I am headed to Office Depot later to redeem my rewards on bubble wrap and pack up all my glass dishes this weekend. I know I'll feel a little better after that.
Moved the truck reservation to September 1st and saved 50 bucks, which is great. We will look for a rent house starting in the middle of July.
Yay for small progress Ohky...you never know how much time that might save later on. I'm trying to think about those little things ahead of time!
I picked up the bubble wrap I needed, packed up almost all of my glass dishes and some other items. That was surprisingly tiring. Decided to give my 1 year old niece all of the beanie babies I was trying to sell since I had no luck. Hopefully she will love them like my sister and I did as kids.
Now I am just trying to get my dad to finish fixing up my car and then move on to our truck. He is one of the only people I trust to touch my vehicles. Nervous about having to find a mechanic when we move!
