I also posted this same question in the "real estate" forum. I'm sorry I don't know if my question is relevant here, but I appreciate any feedbacks.

I am offered 2 options: Buyer's Value Option (BVO) which go through relocation company or direct reimbursement w/ gross-up?

What are the pros/cons for each method? In either method, I can use the same realtor (so that is not a factor) also neither method provides extra tax-consequence for me.

Please feel free to provide all your past experiences -- whether you've done it via DR or BVO.

In order of importance to me: 1) sell the house for the best price possible 2)simplest, safest, and quickest method.
