The furniture that I sent to my brother in MA in a Pack Rat pod arrived when he scheduled it and he said everything was ok. So I guess a + for Pack Rat from us.

No, they were not.
And now that we have everything unpacked I can tell you we lost a few more things in our boxes - mostly glass. But at least we don't think anything was stolen.
