My experience has been Fedex then UPS and quite far back DHL .Not sure if DHL even survived in US.

I deal with both Fed Ex and UPS (my job requires I deal with them daily).

I'd go with Fed Ex. Their customer service is better and I havent had many issues with them.

UPS- Lost packages and the worst customer service ever
