To All Members Posting On This Forum:

The moderators appreciate, as well as thank all those who post on this forum. It is an extremely helpful and informative forum whereby other members can address issues pertaining to re-locating.

The purpose of this Sticky is to clarify, in detail, what this Forum is designed for, as well as the specific parameters that it is best able to accommodate. It has come to our attention that on numerous occasions, members have posted the question: "Where should I move to"? Please know that such questions/OP's are better addressed in one of our State Forums. Members who are asking the question "Where should I move?" will receive far better answers and information by posting the question on a State Forum than they will on this one. Members should choose what areas they are interested in possibly relocating to, and pose the question in each appropriate forum. This is in the best interests of the members posing such questions, as the State Forums are far better equipped in answering such a specific question. Also, questions pertaining to familial relationships, ie: leaving my parents behind, etc. may be better served in Psychology or Non-Romantic Relationships.

Please note that as of this date (2/25/2016) this updated policy surrounding posting in General Moving Issues" will take effect. Threads and OP's that ask the question "Where should I relocate to?" will either be deleted, or closed. This will be done in the best interest's of the OP, as well as maintaining the purpose designed for this particular forum. THIS FORUM IS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE PARAMETERS AROUND A RE-LOCATION AND THE PHYSICAL ACTS THEREOF.

Again, please note that the moderators appreciate the contributions made by those who post on this forum; the issue of "relocating" is a very integral and complex one, and is appreciated by those who both visit and contribute to this forum. However, please address ALL QUESTIONS pertaining to where one should relocate to specific State Forums.

Thank you for the time taken to read this update! Any questions should be addressed with ibginnie or if additional clarification is needed, or any questions regarding the parameter of this Forum.
