I've been looking at craigslist, zillow and trulia and they've been ok. Pad Mapper seems a bit better, and I just used apartment list and that's been the best. Is there a sight with houses for rent?

Thanks. If market matters, it would be Irvine.

These are local questions.
Whatever might be available... it's the one that most use in Podunk that matters.

Ask in the Irvine forum and expect rent rates even higher than DC

Pretty close. I think you get a bit more square footage in Irvine. There's some give and take.
