I definitely think it's a good idea to tip the moving crew, but I'm not sure at what point in the move to do it. They will be loading us up one day, and then delivering to the new house the next day. I believe it will be the same crew. Should I tip them at the very end, after delivery? Or split it up half on loading day, half on delivery day?

I did half and half. That way if there were any changes to personnel from one day (load) to the next (unload) I covered each worker.

Last move I asked the foreman about the crew and told him I will split the tip.

Treat them nice each day but no CASH until the job is done.

Coffee and donuts early, fresh fruit and cold water all day.
Make up some sandwiches too.
