We will be moving in 2019 to Sun City Festival in AZ from Iowa. Trying very hard to downsize and will be taking two bedroom sets, living/family room furniture, clothing, kitchen but no dining room furniture and little if any garage type stuff, basement storage, or outdoor items as we will be buying new for the desert climate.

I would like to have full-service packing, except for what we have already organized and packed prior. Most likely they would pack the kitchen, clothes and decorative items around the house, (again we don't have a ton of that stuff.)

Any general range of prices? We are pretty open to dates as we have some place we could stay in AZ prior to moving in to our new retirement home if needed, and are planning for mid-September but really are very flexible. If that would help on the pricing?

Move-it Cube-it gave me a great price for my move and all you have to do is give them the number of boxes, what pieces of furniture, etc. CT to CA, 1br, diningtable w/6chairs, w/d, 20 boxes. Under $3K. They break down and set up.
I'm awaiting approval to proceed.

Another option might be to get a POD and hire their workers to pack it for you.

You're probably going to have to call around and get the prices yourself for the particular time period(s) you want. In general, it can be a little cheaper to move after Labor Day.
