So I may be moving next week and have 10 yr old equipment from ATT. I have a satellite dish, a router, a TV receiver. Do you take them to the ATT store? Do they come get them? I really have limited time and energy before I am outta here. Yet I need to use the wireless for my computer until the day I leave. Anyone know the drill on this? Or have suggestions?

Call them and ask. Being that old, they may not want it back. They can easily disable the equipment by removing the serial number from their system.

I agree with the above comment that they may not way that back (but get them to put that in an email, or discuss via chat so you can save the conversation). If they do want it back, in my experience they have always sent a box with a prepaid label that can be dropped off at any UPS store or picked up by UPS ground. Itís very easy.

They had me bring it to a UPS (or Fedex, don't remember) drop off location. They have some sort of deal with them where they package it up and send it back to ATT.

Word of warning, when I cancelled the guy on the phone told me I could keep it. I was about to throw it out when I received a letter from ATT asking why I hadn't returned it and saying I would be charged. Glad I didn't listen to the customer service rep!
