i have to move 1000 miles again.
my question is probably i can fit 12 footer penske.
if i tow my car with car trailer, 12 footer can handle it?

Penske does not allow towing with a 12 foot.

16 foot minimum

U-Haul says their 10' trucks can tow cars. I've never done it tho - I've always rented a 15' truck from them.

Frankly, I've found that's it best to go up a size when it comes to rental trucks - the price differential is (usually) pretty nominal, and I like having that extra bit of space "just in case".
