Default Canada back to the US. A few questions about moving companies and car transport.

We are making our big move back to the States after 2 years in Quebec. Right now, I am getting several pricing options for movers and possible car transportation. Does anyone have a good recommendation for international moves? We used Allied when we moved up and had no problems. This time, we are also hiring the movers to pack for us.

As far as Car transportation...any good companies? Are moving companies usually the same price as car transport companies? What is the average going rate right now for an SUV to be moved? Are fuel surcharges IN ADDITION to the moving price you are quoted?
