leaving saturday and while the gps put us going thru colorado I don't want to chance the mountain roads with a 16' moving truck and me in the SUV. we are basically taking I-40 to something....ca, az, nm, tx, ok and mo then il...all i know it's 1200+ of I-40 which is the old route 66? I dunno. We're just gonna drive. I have checked the weather and it seems like the sun will favor us. *yay*

The locals refer to I-64 by its older name Highway 40, not to be confused with I-40 which runs through Memphis. Highway 40 joins I-70 just west of St. Louis.
