we moved about 18 years ago into a lovely flat , where the woman who had lived there for 20 years had just died... To be honest I felt a bit spooked when in the house alone but as I have a bit of an imaginative nature I let it pass.. but hated going back into the house when it was empty. just wasnt comfy at all... It was a month or so later and we had ordered a new carpet for the living room.. the old one was still down.. a lovely carpet but wasnt mine. was hers so I didnt want it... so while my husband was rolling it up , right in the centre he found the womans passport.....now firstly, this carpet was expensive and weighed a ton.. and was put down round the edges with think rows of wood attached to hooks on the sides of the wall. so this woman couldnt possibly have did this. .. I refused to look at it as didnt want to see what she looked like.... One summers evening, my hubby and I were in alone and he said he was going over to the shops for cigarettes as he smoked at the time... I was reading a magazine on teh floor and heard him leave... then heard the outside door shaking... we lived up in a flat , with other neigbhours so thought someone was at my door for something. so I went down the hall but the door was closed, I didnt think much of it and sat back down with my magazine, then the shuddering noise got worse.... I thought to myself it must be very windy outside.. and it was blowing up the close... the noise was getting louder and more fierce and next think the key went in the door and in came my husband.... I asked him if a gale was getting up and he asked why... I said the door was shaking while you were gone... I knew by his face something wasnt right.......he pointed to the window and told me to have a look at the trees as there was no wind at all, then I noticed the shaking had stopped..... this was just the start of what went on in that house. more to come....
