I just couldn't resist on replying. We are moving from North of Atlanta, GA. Where it is humid, bugs galore, hot, sweltering, moldy, traffic so bad you never want a commuting job. Public trans is a joke. Enough pollen to turn your car yellow. Inflation, mold even in winter when it is supposed to be dry, cannot walk anywhere (not zoned for pedestrians). Did I mention it is deathly hot and humid??? I swear it is the climate of hell in the summer. I was moved here 20 years ago from my ex's job transfer. I have horrible year round allergies. Shots, sinus surgery, air purifiers, Zyrtec, singular, allegra, claritin, sudaphed (the good stuff), mucinex, excedrin all have been used or done to keep them at bay. I suffer every day and have had a sinus infection at least 3/4 of the time I have been here!! I have lived in Spokane, DC, Eugene, crappy little towns in:Iowa, Nebraska & Minnesota; Also, Albuquerque, Tennessee, Florida & Colorado Springs. BTW I'm only 43. I never had allergies before this crappy state. It is beautiful here and I will miss my friends very much but that is it. I am very happy to say we are moving to Colorado Springs @ the end of this year. I will be annoyed about shoveling snow (snow blower). But to be allergy free, have hair that doesn't make me look like white trash in the summer, sweating profusely, less traffic, lower cost of living, more outdoor activities, you will see this nut job out in the cold going WOOOHOOO!! I feel better now.
